    Recommended for a luxurious getaway

    The club lounge staff were really good, always ready with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was quite a feast with fresh options that energized us for exploring, I couldn't resist going for seconds.

    Now, I won't lie. It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

    The staff was helpful, quiet atmosphere. The amazing location was minutes away from Marlene Dietrich Platz. The area was good quiet near the restaurants, Berlin Wall and the underground.

    Travelled with my 3 children, spent 2 nights here and had a really really nice stay. It was in an absolutely perfect location minutes away from Marlene Dietrich Platz. You could walk to a large shopping mall and a shopping street. I ate at a magnificent restaurant at the wine list. Good service was provided.

    Room temperature control was frustrating!!! Maintenance requests often went unanswered, leaving issues unresolved throughout my stay!!! Simple improvements could elevate this hotel experience considerably!!!

    We had a delicious breakfast. We slept in a beautiful room with all the comfort we needed. The hotel staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. This hotel deserves the five stars!

    Maybe a little bit too expensive for us, but we don't complain. We haven't both a well-paid job. But for once, we're happy we could sleep there one night!

    the beds were incredibly comfortablr and the rooms were always immiuculate

    the staff did not always respond to questions or requests as needed. They seemed to need a little more training in handlinf quest requests and providing the correct information. Also the breakfasts were a little skimpy.
